I authorize Wealth and Wellness Global to send me communications and newsletters by e-mail.

1. Cancelling Your Enrolment Within The 2-Day Cooling-off Period If you choose to cancel your enrolment for any reason within 2 days of completing this form (the “cooling-off period”), then we will refund you the total amount you have paid to us less a 5% administrative fee and the value of any physical or digital products received. Please allow up to 5 business days after your refund has been approved for your refund to be processed.

2. Cancelling Your Enrolment After The 2-Day Cooling-off Period If you choose to cancel your enrolment for any reason after the 2-day cooling-off period you will receive a credit only. Credits may not be claimed as refunds; but may be applied towards an enrolment in any other seminar or product offered by Wealth and Wellness Global within 12 months.

3. Enrolment Cancellation And Product Costs Products and bonus items are non-returnable. If you choose to cancel your enrolment for any reason, the value of any product and bonus items received with your enrolment will be deducted from any refund or credit that you may be eligible for.

4. Intellectual Property All material relating to the Seminar for which you are enrolling whether presented during, before or after the Seminar, is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights. The copyright in all such materials remains the property of their owners and so they may not be recorded, used or reproduced without the written permission of the copyright owner and Wealth and Wellness Global. By signing this registration form, you agree to not, at any time do anything that would infringe the intellectual property rights of such materials.

5. Photos & Videos at Live Events or On-line At Wealth and Wellness Global events Professional Photography and/or Videography may be used to capture the event. By signing this registration form, you agree that your participation in any of the Wealth and Wellness Global events might result in you being captured in a photo or video and featured in Wealth and Wellness Global marketing and or promotional materials. You hereby give Wealth and Wellness Global full rights to use any of your photos or videos that Wealth and Wellness Global chooses to use in marketing and or promotional campaigns with no further responsibility for clearing the rights of use of that picture or video with you.

6. Personal Data & Privacy Wealth and Wellness Global will not share your personal information and details with any unauthorized third parties without your permission. Any personal information that you provide to us will be treated confidential and will be used only for the services you requested (please see our privacy policy).

7. Complaints & Liability If you have a problem during the event, please inform Wealth and Wellness Global team immediately in private and we will endeavor to put things right. Please note that we cannot be responsible for the individual behavior of any other participant in the event. You (and your guest if applicable) are responsible to protect your health and your belongings during the event. Wealth and Wellness Global is not responsible and cannot be held liable for loss of your belongings, as well as for any accident, injury or physical/mental health issues that may occur to you during and after the event.
